Assessment Complaints
May 6 2023If you disagree with the assessment of your property, please contact the Town Office at 780-387-4554 and we will put you in touch with the Assessor.
If, after speaking with an assessor, you still do not agree with your assessment, please speak with the assessor about the assessment appeal process. The assessment appeal deadline will be indicated on the front of the assessment and tax notices, which will be mailed out in mid May, 2023.
For a complaint to be heard by an Assessment Review Board, the Assessment Complaint Form must be completed and filed with the Assessment Review Board clerk along with the appropriate fee. If an Assessment Complaint is to be handled by an Agent, the Assessment Complaints Assessment Agent Form must also be filed.
