CURB LIFTS ARE AT PROPERTY OWNERS OWN RISK

Just a reminder to any residents that have curb lifts on the end of their driveways. These are not allowed under the Alberta Traffic Act, which states that no person shall construct or place any obstruction of any kind in, upon or above any road unless granted pursuant to Town permit. Having them out on the roads during snow removal is at your own risk.

The Town is not responsible for any damage or movement of said curb lifts during the snow removal process.
